Shipping policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (Australia):
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
- Standard shipping: estimated 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: estimated 1–3 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel via the Australia Post website.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Vaulted Gymnastics Wear is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
