Refund policy

At Vaulted Gymnastics Wear, we want you to love your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return eligible items for a Store Credit, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is placed.

If you purchased your item using a discount code or promotion, your Store Credit will reflect the final amount paid for the item after discounts were applied.

Store Credits:
• are issued in AUD
• expire after 12 months
• can be used on any eligible item on our website
• are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

Eligible Return Items
The following items may be returned for Store Credit if they meet our return conditions:
• crop tops
• bike pants
• leotards
• t-shirts
• hoodies
• tank's

Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition, including:
• unworn
• unwashed
• unperfumed
• free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks, chalk, or stains
• with all original tags attached

For hygiene reasons, all clothing must be tried on over underwear.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Vaulted Gymnastics Wear is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Sale Items
All sale, promotional, or clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item:
• has a major fault
• is significantly different from the description or sample shown
• is unsafe

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the item

If your claim is approved, we will provide a suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Important Notes
Items that do not meet the above return conditions will not be accepted, and the customer will be notified accordingly. 

Vaulted Gymnastics Wear reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy.
